Brookside is a Crux demo.

Everything on this site — the agency brand, the marketing pages, and the chat assistant in the bottom-right corner — was built by Crux for a fictional independent agency named Brookside. It exists to show prospects what their own site could feel like with Crux quietly powering the customer-facing chat.

What the customer sees

  • A traditional independent agency website — Brookside's brand, Brookside's tone, Brookside's phone number.
  • A discreet "Chat" button in the corner. Click it and Harper greets the visitor in Brookside's voice.
  • No mention of Crux anywhere on the public surface. The brokerage owns the relationship; we are the platform underneath.

What Crux is doing

  • Hosting Harper as a Crux Mission Plan running against the brokerage's tenant database.
  • Capturing intake into structured records the agency's account managers see in their dashboard the moment Harper finishes the conversation.
  • Routing escalations, follow-ups, and renewals through workflows the brokerage configured once.

What this demo proves

  • A modern brokerage site with embedded AI doesn't have to look like a software product.
  • Harper can be deployed white-label so customers experience the brokerage, not the platform.
  • The same Mission Plan that powers Harper here can run any intake, triage, or service workflow.

What\'s next

  • Wire Harper to a live Mission Plan in the Dev tenant (replaces the scripted intake under the hood).
  • Plug responses into the brokerage's real CRM / proposal pipeline.
  • Add voice (Harper as a real phone-answering agent) using the same Mission Plan.
